Licensing Our Images

All of the photographs on our website can be licensed for use in publications, on the web, for advertising or other uses. We consider each request on a case by case basis depending upon the planned use of the image, the time period during which you wish to use the image, the exclusivity you request and other factors. Generally, we do not grant royalty free licenses for our images.

The photographs on this website are only a relatively small sample of the images in our database. We have thousands of nature related images that can be licensed to you in whatever format, size, color space etc. you request. If you do not see what you are looking for here, please use the contact form to inquire as to what we may in our files that may be of interest to you.

If you see a specific image that you are interested in licensing, please fill out the form requesting a quote and we will contact you are soon as possible with a price quotation setting forth the price as well as the terms and conditions and duration of the licensed use. Once we receive payment or a purchase order we will send you the image either by email or CD within 5 business days.

Print Purchase Terms and Conditions

All photographs shown in the galleries are available for purchase as fine art prints. Please click on a picture you are interested in purchasing and a screen will pop up as seen to the right

Follow the instructions on the screen to purchase the size print you are interested in purchasing.

All photographs are printed using archival inks and papers. This means that the photographs should last a long time without fading. However, you should be careful in your handling of the prints so as not to damage them.

The prices shown for prints include shipping and handling by first class mail within the continental United States. Other shipment methods or shipment outside the United States will be quoted for an extra cost. If the prints are shipped to New Jersey, 7% sales tax will be added to the prices shown.

You can pay for your prints using Paypal. Paypal is simple and easy to use and you can use your credit cards safely and securely through Paypal.

All prints normally shipped within 14 days of receipt of the order and your payment. However, delays can occasionally occur and you will be notified of the expected shipping date if your order will take more than 14 days.
